Justin Sullivan : I started the program in May 2023. And my prior experience was owning one rental property.

Justin Sullivan : The teaching modules and the feedback received from analyzing deals really helped me to learn how to approach uh submitting offers and getting my baseline numbers in order to get that deal closed.
How much did you make on this deal?
Justin Sullivan : My first deal I made $2000 on.
