When did you start the program and what was your experience in real estate prior?
Gregory St. Clair: Oh, my experience before getting with rocket offer in real estate is I closed one wholesale deal. Um and getting with rocket offer is just great. It's a super dope company. Uh and Aaron work really hard to try to get everyone uh deals and um it's a super dope concept and a super dope company and I'm excited and super proud to be part of rocket offer.
What support or experience in the program helped you close this deal?
Gregory St. Clair: Well, the support man is really uh is, is undeniable, you know, the support from Hayato, the support from Aaron, um the support from even star, um who's, you know, in the background, the support is undeniable and uh it's been great. Um you know, they're very helpful, they answer the questions uh as quickly as possible. Um And, you know, they, you know, they, they, they're just, um, again, their principle on helping us create and get deals uh is unmatched. And so I really appreciate them and I really appreciate the Rocket offer experience.
How much did you make on this deal?
Gregory St. Clair: So I made 52 50 on the deal. Um It's my first deal with rocket offer and my second deal in the wholesale realm um from my first initial deal that I closed back in February. Um So yeah, I'm super excited and this was AJ V deal that's been my um strategy, so to speak, just hitting up people to J V with them. Um And then, you know, I have uh another deal that that's looking to close next week. And so once that happens, then I'll be uh able to focus more on getting these deals outside of um the J V realm because the J V deals are great. They're cool. I accept them. I love them. Uh They're a little bit easier because, you know, you don't have to do as much work with the seller um instead of just going through AJ V partner. Um But yeah, once I get these two deals closed, then I'll be able to branch out and be able to get more deals direct to seller.
What has been your favorite part of RocketOffr Partners program?
Gregory St. Clair: My favorite part of the Rocket offers partner program is just seeing the elevation of them, right, seeing how the portal progressed, seeing how, you know, things have become a lot more easier to submit deals and things of that nature. You know, I really am impressed with um how they just keep leveling up their business model. Yeah, that's been the best uh part of the program for me.
Would you recommend others to join the RocketOffr Partners program?
Gregory St. Clair: Of course, I would recommend joining the Rocket Offers program if they have an affiliate link. No, but yes, of course, I would uh promote joining the Rocket Offers uh partner program. It's a great program. Um, and they really got everything, uh, figured out. Yeah, absolutely.
