Why did you choose RoboReception?

Sammie Ackford: We use RoboReception in our practise because the reputation is amazing. It's so easy to use and navigate around, gives you all the information you need. Um, from when it first comes in, call people. It's got the number. It's got the email. It's got it all there for you. Um, so it's literally, so easy to use. Um, you don't have to do anything apart from pick up the phone, which is amazing, and they can even do that if you want them to.

What difference has RoboReception made to your practice?

Sammie Ackford: it's made a huge difference to our reception team. Um, taking so much pressure off of them if we're in surgery and we come out on reception, um, they've actually got time to serve the patients rather than just always being on the phone. Um, and it also makes us not lose valuable customers.

Would you recommend RoboReception to others?

Sammie Ackford: I would 100% recommend using Robo for any practise. It's incredible, Um, and it just saves so much time, and it makes the reception team a lot happier, which makes us all happier as a team.
