Why did you choose RoboReception?
If you're a practise owner and like me, you find it very, very annoying. When there's phone calls blowing up in your building and no one's picking them up, then you need to get robo reception. My heart rate has significantly dropped this week because I've stopped hearing that tone of our phones ringing nonstop, thanks to robo reception. We said it so that phone calls that are not answered within eight seconds around the building go straight to robo reception. You will not regret it. It's cheaper than therapy. Just get it.
What difference has RoboReception made to your practice?
we're missing out on far less leads. Patients don't think we're not answering them anymore. They think someone else is answering them. I think we are a super professional practise, and they think of our receptionist as the head of this team of people that are just answering phone calls when in reality, it's just a roo reception. So it has taken the stress off myself. Taken the stress off my receptionist and my TC OS because if they're speaking to the patient, they can comfortably hit silence on the phone that's ringing. Give their patient that's in front of them. Their undivided attention, and the phone call can be picked up by rob reception. So it's definitely taking the stress off, and we know for a fact that we're not missing any phone calls.
Would you recommend RoboReception to others?
I highly highly recommend, especially if you're new to practise ownership. This is definitely a product you don't want to think about. It cost about the price of a meal outdoor. You probably spend more on detoxing or destress outside of work. It's a It's a no brainer. Just get it.
