What services have you employed us for?
Candice Benson: Hi, my name is Kiss. We did, uh, employ Robert's air conditioning essentially, um, for a repair of our old air conditioning. But when I was speaking to Mel, um, from Roberts, she did give us some great options, um, pros and cons of all of those options. And essentially we went with a full installation of a new, um, air conditioning system.
In your experience, what do you think sets Roberts Air apart from other contractors? (Please elaborate on your experience with us.)
Candice Benson: Uh, working with Robert's air conditioning. I feel I will never choose, um, any other air conditioning, um, services. Uh, again, they're so down to earth, they tell you what you want, um, want to know and what you need to know. Um, and they're just with the installation boys, they're great. They're, um, answered all my stupid questions, um, with no hesitations at all. Uh, which made me feel like I wasn't stupid. Um, but yes, they're great. Uh, both Mel Monique r everyone at Robert's, um, air conditioning have got a great attitude, you know. Um, they're there to help you. Uh, whereas other services they have had experiences with, they're just, you know, you're just, um, money to them. So, um, Robert's air conditioning never choose anything else but.
Have or would you recommend Roberts Air Conditioning to your friends/family? Tell us why.
Candice Benson: I have and I always will recommend Robert's air conditioning. Um, even in passing, you know, if, uh I'm a bit of a stickler now, our air con is, is super powerful or great. So if I go to a friend's house who's, is not, not as good, you know, I'd recommend uh Robert's air conditioning and I'm not just saying that, um, they're great, you know. Um, so great. I would recommend 100 out of 10.
