Amy Fairweather: Fast and go has been an invaluable tool for me both leading up to my recent surgery and in my recovery from surgery and it has enabled me to self manage my swelling um in between when I could get to my uh lymphoedema therapist. So I'm not sure how I could have done it um, before and after, without having fast and go in my toolbox.

Amy Fairweather: Bandaging with fast and go is very easy to do. It just takes a few minutes. And the great thing about it is it's very easy to wrap, um, yourself very quickly and also rewrap throughout the day. Um, especially as your swelling may decrease throughout the day, like especially in the first couple of hours and then you just simply unwrap and rewrap and you're good to go.

Amy Fairweather: I would absolutely recommend fast and go bandages to everyone. And I already have been doing that, um, through social media and through messaging people privately. But anyone that I can reach to encourage them, um, to order fast and go, I have been, um, because like I said earlier in my first response, it's been an invaluable tool for me. And I'm really not sure if I would have been able to be prepared for surgery. Um, and if I would have had such a positive outcome in my first six weeks, post surgery so fast and go, I would absolutely recommend to anyone that I can.
