Ari Yampolsky: Hi, my name is Ari Yampolsky, and I'm a lawyer at Whistleblower Partners, where I exclusively represent Medicare Advantage and other whistleblowers under the False Claims Act. Later this month, I'm heading to RISE West.
In a few sentences, what will you be speaking about at our event?
Ari Yampolsky: I'm speaking on a panel called Deep Dive, The Current State of Risk Adjustment Litigation and Risk Areas for Medicare Advantage plans, physician groups, vendors, and downstream entities. In 40 minutes we'll cover where the Department of Justice and OIG are really focusing in Medicare Advantage, what's sticking in court, what's getting tossed, and how you can steer clear of the red flags that we're seeing in successful cases.
