What business problems are you solving with Ringy CRM?

William Rapp: So Ringing has been super beneficial to me. It's basically solving the issue of, you know, the back end communication with regards to you know, helping clients or just staying in touch with clients where I might have lost track, you know, the text drips and the email drips are really gonna do a lot of that back end work to make sure that you're staying in contact with them and making sure that you're eventually getting them on the books or you know, just answering any questions or giving them an open line of communication with you that way. you know, when you're going about your day to day tasks and you can't manage to call every client or you lose track of some leads, you know, Ringy is gonna really help you on the back end as far as you know, communicating with them when you can't. And then also the funnel system as far as like when they're booking an appointment, you know, getting that confirmation text with a response that's requested on the booking of the appointment. And then also the reminder text is, you know, 30 minutes an hour before the appointment as well. And then the drips that go out if they miss their appointment. So those are some of the issues that Ringy has been able to solve for me. Also having a, a number for each state as well is super important being able to verify those numbers with the carriers as well. Also having that a very clean calendar link that goes right into the text integration with Ringy, like I just stated. And many other things, to be honest, you know, disposition tags, having certain drips go out with certain types of clients and things like that. So that's, that's basically what Ringing is solving for me. for the most part.

What were the reasons you chose Ringy CRM?

William Rapp: So some of the reasons why I choose Ringy is because basically, it's just so user friendly, right? So when you log in, you know, in the app mind, you like the app is beautiful. You're able to literally look at the computer, see the outlay in the format of how it works and then go on the app, it's the same exact thing. And then I like that because, you know, when you're going about your day to day and you're out of the office, all these clients will text you back, call you back and you can navigate that all through the app, right? And then another reason I chose Ringy basically is for the automation, right? So the automation is gonna do a lot of that back end work like I stated. And then from there, you know that the automation, the calendar link, the phone numbers, the business profile, being able to attach pictures to your text messages so that clients can see who you are as well. And just the simplicity and basically just everything, to be honest, you know, simplicity, the function of it, the phone numbers, right? Calendar drips all that, everything.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate Ringy CRM?

William Rapp: So with no exaggeration, I would probably rate Ringy, you know, 9 or 10 out of 10. Just because from my perspective, it's the best CRM I've ever used, follow up wise and just everything that I just stated, highly recommended 9 or 10 out of 10 every time. Ringy.
