What business problems are you solving with Ringy CRM?

Katrina Pierre: How Ringy has helped me tremendously with my business problems, is being able to keep track of my activity, knowing exactly how many people I've spoken with, how many text messages I've sent and how many people have responded to me has helped me out tremendously knowing your numbers and your business is very important and it starts with your activity.

What were the reasons you chose Ringy CRM?

Katrina Pierre: The reason I chose Ringy as my CRM was one because of the automated text messages. It allows me to reach more people in a short period of time. Because of the agent coaching, I'm able to connect with my team through Ringy, keep track of their calls and be able to coach them while they're on a call to help them out while they're in the middle of presentations and sales. Because my personal calendar also links with their calendar which prevents overbooking. So there are so many reasons why I chose Ringy, but those would be my top three.

Which Ringy CRM features are the most beneficial to you and why?

Katrina Pierre: The Ringy feature that's most important to me will be the Power Dialer. Why? Because I'm able to reach more people in such a short period of time versus dialing them manually one by one. It's gonna take me a longer time to reach as many people as I need to.

What recommendations do you have for others considering Ringy CRM?
