What business problems are you solving with Ringy CRM?
Johann Kleisch Sr.: Hi, my name is Johan Kleis. And some of the business problems that I'm solving using Ringy are efficiency, being able to dial quickly, great organization with the leads and the follow up. And it also has a lot of great features um that are very helpful and not available on some of the other CRMs.
What were the reasons you chose Ringy CRM?
Johann Kleisch Sr.: The reason I chose Ringy is because I was using another CRM that was not very user friendly or efficient. And I talked with some of my fellow coworkers who were using Ringy and, and had good things to say about it. So I tried it out and it was much better than what I was using previously.
Which Ringy CRM features are the most beneficial to you and why?
Johann Kleisch Sr.: Some of the most beneficial features are the, the follow up the color coding of some of the different features and dispositions as well as the notes section and, and the ability to customize drip campaigns as well as the screen sharing feature is also nice.
What recommendations do you have for others considering Ringy CRM?
Johann Kleisch Sr.: I highly recommend Ringy. Um not only because of all the great features and the ease of use, but the customer support has been phenomenal as well. Anytime I've got a question, I can get a hold of somebody and also do one on one zoom meetings to walk through and take care of just about anything I need within the program.
On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate Ringy CRM?
Johann Kleisch Sr.: I would rate Ringy as a 9 or a 10 out of a scale of 1 to 10. and part of the reason is because I do work with quite a few more experienced sales people and many of them are using Ringy as well. So I tend to think if there was a better CRM out there, they would probably be using it. And this came highly recommended by them.
