What business problems are you solving with Ringy CRM?

Frank Hernandez and Eric Rodriguez: For our business. The main problem that we were trying to solve was essentially trying to make things as easy as possible. We didn't want to have to click a lot of buttons for all of the actions that we needed to happen. And Ringy helps us out. It streamlines all of our touch points and it automates all of that for us. All we had to do was set it up and we're good to go. Yes. Something that we agents are big about is streamlining the process between selling and our back office, like calling our clients member retention. And what Ringy really, really does, what is to help us automate follow ups and marketing campaigns in a way that makes us really efficient as agents. And it allows us to be more time selling rather than taking care of our clients directly. It does that in an automated way.

What were the reasons you chose Ringy CRM?

Frank Hernandez and Eric Rodriguez: the main reason why I chose Ringy, it was actually because I found out about it through our lead vendor funnily enough. They told us about it, I went to the website and I started to look at all of the different features that Ringy has to offer. I really like the fact that we can use it on the computer, we can use it on our phone. The price point is crazy. It's worth well way more than what they're charging for. Sure. I also really liked the fact that it recorded the calls and the agent coaching tools. It has so many features that really facilitate everything that we do on a daily basis as agents and as agency owners. So it really simplifies everything for us.

Which Ringy CRM features are the most beneficial to you and why?

Frank Hernandez and Eric Rodriguez: There are two main features that I believe to be my favorites and the most beneficial. The first one is the way that Ringy integrates with our lead vendor to automatically introduce the lead into our CRM. And then that gets sent back to our lead vendors so that they can constantly modify our campaigns and give us more of the campaigns that are working. That is such a fantastic feature for us and really assists our business. The second thing that I really, really find beneficial for our business, um just to streamline and make things more efficient is the automated actions when you have a disposition, so you disposition somebody and it can automatically put them on a marketing drip. It'll send them an automatic text message that I've designed an automatic email and that is great because it means that I just finished talking to this person. I disposition them. I don't have to worry about sending them that thank you, text message or thank you email or a follow up email. It's all done for me automatically. Very good. Yes. And something that's really, really efficient about ringing is that normally And especially for large agencies. It comes to a point that we want to be spending less time in training agents with the system and spend more time in coaching them with the industry itself or the product the portfolio they'll be handling and Ringy makes it so very easy to learn. It's so simple, so well, well laid out the structure and the uh the user interface, it's very intuitive to use it. It takes very little time to master at least the the basic components of it. And that really simplifies things for owners and managers of agencies that are looking for a more simplified way of handling your book of business.

What recommendations do you have for others considering Ringy CRM?

Frank Hernandez and Eric Rodriguez: My recommendation for anybody that's considering Ringy is basically you know, give yourself a chance to have a meeting with the Ringy representative for me. It was Robbins. Robbins did an excellent job, pretty much going through all of the main features that I would be using for my kind of business, which is health insurance. He did such a great job showing me everything that by the end I was already telling him, hey, Robbins, this is exactly what I've been looking for. And I had been looking for it through a couple of CRMs and it, I wasn't finding anything that even closely matched all of the features that Ringy provides for me in my business. Yes, for sure. And something else, a recommendation that we have for anybody considering Ringy as a CRM for their business or their agency is to like he said, always keep a close relationship with your Ringy account manager and the team. They're always very supportive, they're always there to explain to give training and to give coaching if you need it. And also another recommendation that we have is for you to be patient with yourself and with the process and to go through each of the tabs and to explore Ringy in order for you to learn everything that it does because it is specifically designed to make the life of the agent a lot easier on a daily basis.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate Ringy CRM?

Frank Hernandez and Eric Rodriguez: Well, on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a solid 10 out of 10. I don't think there's much more that I can say to elaborate on that. Rie has pretty much been a call, a blessing. If I had to call it anything. It's made everything so great. Really, really good. Yeah, on a scale of 1 to 10, I mean, what, what rating can you give? a CRM? That is at the core of your operation? CRM meaning all of it. Ringy does most of our handles, most of our book of business and it makes our life very, very easy. So, yes. 10 out of 10.
