Ariane Busia: Hi, my name is Ariane, and I'm a tenth grade student from New York City. I'm one of the Chief Operating Officers of Confident Healthy Women, which is a nonprofit organization fighting against the hidden crisis of period poverty. I work across all sectors of our organization, but focus mainly on graphic design, research, and social media management, and I'm super excited to be able to share what I've learned in the process with you all soon.

Ariane Busia: As a city kid and a bit of an introvert, I've never had the unique camp experience that everyone always talks about. So I'm super excited to be able to get a glimpse into what it's like for the first time. Above all, however, I'm really excited to get to meet other young leaders who are working towards making the world a better place.

Ariane Busia: Along with Leia, the other Chief Operating Officer of Confident Healthy Women, I'll be running an interactive workshop about the art of amplifying voices in the digital age and how Leia and I use social media to our advantage to grow our organization and build strong connections with other creators. From learning how to make your content stand out amidst the chaos of the Internet, to giving a voice to those whose stories have long been ignored, through our discussion based games and interactive activities, our workshop will teach you skills that can serve you no matter what your role as a leader looks like. As two social media managers, we know how to capture an audience's attention and we'll make sure that there isn't a single dull moment throughout our time together.
