Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at RigServ?
Savindu Jayasooriya: My favorite part of the job role is to interact with our team the basis. I feel like I'm surrounded with very sharp people in RigServ so these people actually working very hard to cater our customer requirement and give the best service possible.
What stands out to you about the culture at RigServ?
Savindu Jayasooriya: First thing is coming to my mind is the opportunity. The management team is ready to listen to anybody. They are just not listening. They're ready to get your ideas, and if you want. So this is the best thing I saw in the working culture at RigServ.
