How did you find your way to your current role at RigServ?
Hendrick Wilfred: Hi, my name is Hendrick. More than a decade of working in sales and BDR roles. A former colleague introduced me to RIGSERV for a BDR role. It sounded awesome and the role seemed like a perfect fit. So I jumped on board. Turns out my experience was exactly what they were looking for and they really appreciated my work. Fast forward a year and a half and I got promoted to an Account Executive.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at RigServ?
Hendrick Wilfred: The best part of RIGSERV for me is definitely the connections I get to build, whether it's with customers or prospects. I love learning about their business and finding ways to help them succeed. Plus at RIGSERV, they trust me to take charge and develop campaigns that deliver real value. I also get to call the shots on my plans and see them come to life. There's a lot of accountability. So I'm constantly learning and improving. Another cool aspect is connecting with external experts in the field. It's great to tap into that wider network and gain new perspectives. All in all, It's a role that keeps things interesting and lets me make a real impact.
