Gowan Sterling: My name is Gowan Sterling with Barnhart Crane & Rigging. We recently partnered with RIGSERV during some software updates, IFS, to expand our in-house capacity on everything from lobby and dashboard design to SSRS reports. As well as technical questions about our ERP system, IFS. The RIGSERV team really defined themselves by their responsiveness. They were always coming alongside really quick to answer any questions that we had and see what else they could do for us. That's very refreshing when you're used to waiting sometimes multiple days to get answers or to, to set up a meeting that just didn't happen with this group. Having worked with several groups and individuals in the industry. They really set themselves apart with that responsiveness and their genuine desire to come alongside and see, see this project through to success. That's where they differentiated themselves was the, the willingness to come alongside you and say, OK, let's see what we can do to solve your problem. and that was REFRESHING.
