How do you fix a "broken" plan when they're already invested in a platform?

everybody's got similar problems. There's a real, real world aspect of that technology. Does it apply to the business? Will we see actual value from the implementation? Um And does it fit, is it is it fit for the customer and the environment and the specific maturity of their the rest of their systems? Um Then there's also the flip side of that, which is, you know, there is technology that's tried and tested that would do uh a great deal to advance, you know, interoperability between their systems or just streamlining their workflows. It's proof of concept and and let's make sure that it does fit before a larger investments made or we're too far down the the implementation to be able to go back on that use case development of Is this going to fit the purpose? Is gonna fit the user? Is the user experience going to match what the expectations are?
