#RW-ready-2024 Spotlight Interview Featuring Audrey Warren

Tell us about you.

audrey warren: Hi. Right way. This is Audrey Warren IVP of product. Um, I am responsible for the product and UX teams here at right way. I'm located in Washington DC. And why did I choose? Right way? I always give the same answer I chose right way for three reasons. The first one is I wanted to be at a high growth company, one that you can make a lot of decisions fast and they have a big impact on the trajectory and the longevity and the outcome of the company, I wanted to be a place that at a place that aligned with my values. Um I wake up every morning, really excited to work in health care, um, and make a difference. And then I wanted to work at a place with no jerks. And so I always say that, um, 2.5 years later I got everything that I wanted out the right way.

What role does the product team play in implementations?

audrey warren: What are some of the work streams necessary for implementations within the product team? Well, we build products that are intended to be flexible and configurable. So we try and stay out of the business of implementations. But that said we do do some things um that have a big impact on 11. Um Some of the notable exceptions include we are um present and lead the efforts to do inbound SS OS with our clients. Um We lead creative solutions for our really complicated uh clients with complicated networks like Ohio Health and BS mh. Um Shout out to Rishi for um riding along on those implementations and working with our third party um vendor ribbon to make those happen. And then occasionally we do some custom work for large clients like Tyson. We just recently launched the ability to include um links to their specialty pharmacy CV S as well as well dine in the applications. So they would be ready for 11. And that said our data and insights team is responsible for ensuring all the data um ends up uh going in the right direction.

Please share product team updates as they related to our 1/1/24 launches.

audrey warren: I'm really happy to announce some of the big things that will be launching this quarter in support of our 11 launches. Um, the product team is, uh pushing out the door, the final version of our queuing system that they've been working on all year long. This is going to give some leverage to the navigation operations team and be able to handle more volume of tickets at our highest time of the year. Um We'll be, we'll be launching proactive drug search. So that'll give our members a way to look up drug prices regardless of whether they have a prescription or not. Um, and we're also doing some work to queue up, um, our sso integrations into our preferred partners like, well, Dyne and Spring Health really excited for what the team's been doing. Do we have any risks or blockers? Not that I can see right now, everything looks green. Um You know, the, the data team is the one to watch. They are the ones that are keeping all of the, um, all of the, the work moving forward. Uh They've got a good sense of what they need to do and, um, we're in the home stretch.
