YOLANDA GONZALEZ: The question is why right way to me because Right way caress from the very beginning from my interviews from the time that I got chosen to work for this company, from the time that I was training with the company, from the time that I started working with my coworkers and my supervisor, I knew that this was going to be the best career. And the best decision that I made right way cares the opportunities, the growth, the determination that they have makes me want to be a better employee for not only myself but for the company, I have the best teammates, the best encouragement for my supervisors to want to be better to bring me out of my shell, my comfort zone. I've never worked for a company like that. I love right way.
