What's the latest re: Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH)?

Steven Chavez: The BS MH implementation is well underway and there's actually quite a bit going on with this one. For those of you who don't know the Bansa Cos Mercy Health Group was one earlier this year and we've been implementing it for the past few months. You know, there's some really interesting things about this particular one. As you know, this group has um it's a lot more integrated than anything we've done in the past. We're working very closely with our human resource group to, to define work flows that are normally a bit outside of our scope. So we're doing that a bit differently. We're clearly working with our clinical group a lot differently than we would with non health systems. So there's a lot going on in terms of just building out all of the many new processes for how our teams are going to work together come 11. But in addition to that, we also are going live with them and here in a couple of weeks. So all eyes are on our annual enrollment period with Bonsor Corps Mercy Health and really working on getting our teams ready so that they're prepared to answer benefit questions, provide some guidance in terms of plan selection and offer some insights on this cool new offering called Catalyze Health. That BS Mh is offering their employees, which will really help them reduce costs and enrich some of their employees offerings by giving them another option that they wouldn't otherwise have had. So a lot going on in this front and a lot more yet to come.

Are there any notable challenges or risks with the BSMH implementation?

Steven Chavez: So Bs Mh has presented some really unique challenges that we've had to address since the beginning of this implementation. One of the first ones and probably one of the most sensitive ones is, you know, Bs Mh has an internal team that does some of the work that we offer. So, you know, having to communicate to that group, that some of the things that they've been doing internally has essentially been outsourced to a company like us, you know, required some finesse and a lot of discussion and, you know, close work to make sure that we're making that group feel really comfortable working with right way and helping them to see the value add. Um So that was certainly something that had to be addressed early on and part of the ways we've addressed that is just working really closely being very transparent, um doing a lot of uh process mapping so that we create uh a lot of reassurance that we have a smooth and integrated plan. So we have spent literally dozens and dozens of hours working through that with them. Um But definitely one of the biggest risks. I think we've done a good job of mitigating. Another thing that's really custom about this group that there's ongoing work for is just kind of their network setup, which drives a lot of things from how we steer folks to providers, how we build care plans. So a lot of work going on there um really pushing some of our functionality to its limits. Um but it's been fun and exciting and really excited to see us get past some of these early hurdles.

Do you have any requests from the broader org?

Steven Chavez: So, Bs Mh is really going to take a village to make sure that we get it off the ground and have a very successful launch. So, you know, some teams that we really need help from and are already working with um in various degrees, you know, starts with David Co and Justin Monjo and all of the folks behind the scenes and the data and analytics and engineering groups. So, you know, some work that they're going to be doing for us that we, we're gonna be really looking to them to make sure are successful, our custom, you know, eligibility service uh S FTP site um as well as some customized reporting that both David's team and Steve Mitchell are working on for this group. So in addition to that partnering very closely with Rita and Taylor and the marketing team to think about, you know, how can we be strategic and intentional about where we put B to cores um in terms of the placements and activation series and when we start really marketing to these folks and getting them excited and using our product being thoughtful, there can really make a difference in how much volume is coming in when it's coming in and making sure that we're focusing on the right groups at the right time. In addition to that working closely with product, um you know, Richie and team have been doing a lot of things for us over the past several months, a lot more to go. And lastly working with the leadership team to remove barriers, obstacles and making sure that this is a successful launch for BS Mh.
