What aspects of our culture, mission, and values make you excited to be a part of our team?
Sophie Schamp: For those of you that don't know me. I'm Sophie and I sit on the commercial marketing team before right away. I'd never worked at a company where I felt that my work actually had meaning that my work could be a piece of the puzzle for solving some of the daily health care challenges that people face. And it's been really rewarding for me to work here. The people at right way are a huge part of the why? Right way for me, I work with some of the smartest people who really have taken on the challenge of redefining. What's possible when it comes to changing health care. We are small teams that are really pushed and challenged on a daily basis to think differently and to actively listen to one another and to work together to align on a better path forward. Bright me not only provides an inspiring work environment, but we also offer great benefits and perks such as gym pass, which gives me access to really cool workout classes in New York City and access to one medical, which has been really helpful when I've needed care in a different city. There's a lot of really great reasons for why. Right way. And personally, I think I'm excited to really be part of this journey and I can't wait to see what's to come in the future for a right way.
