Sarah Griffin: Hello, my name is Sarah Griffin and I am a customer service representative here at Rightway. And ever since I began here, a few months ago, I have realized just how amazing healthcare can be if you are in the right environment and rightway is amazing and the values speak to me especially we are human first because just as it says, we are human first and everybody goes through things, everybody goes through hard times and we go above and beyond for our team members and for our members and make sure that everybody is taken care of. I am excited to be a part of a team that is not just about numbers but about taking care of each other. And I absolutely adore everybody I work with and I love that we seek to delight. I'm so glad that everybody goes out of their way to make sure everybody has the best experience possible, whether you are a team member or a patient. Thank you.
