Speaker: Ray Corpuz, Client Implementation Manager

Tell us about yourself. How long have you been with RW? Where are you located? What is your primary focus at RW? Share anything you'd like!

Ray Corpuz: Hey, everyone. My name is Ray Corpus and I am a client implementation manager. Um I joined right way in September. So I'm a pretty, fairly new member of the team. Um I'm located in Olympia, Washington, so it's about an hour south of the Seattle area. And uh my primary focus at right way right now is um implementing all of those medium size groups, typically up to around 2000 lives that are coming in for Q four.

What are the most challenging aspects of implementations from your perspective?

Ray Corpuz: I think one of the most challenging aspects of implementation specific to Q four is really just keeping track of all of the changes in our clients benefits that are going through the implementation process. So as you know, a lot of our clients are renewing their benefits in January, so a lot of them have 2023 documents like SP CS and benefits guides and things like that, that um but sometimes there's a lot of changes in 2024. So really just making sure we're staying on top of, of those changes and making sure we have all the correct information um before implementation ends. So um I think we have a lot of really great processes in place and that we're developing that are keeping us on track in that category and keeping us successful.

How do you measure success when it comes to implementations? What metrics and KPI's do you track?

Ray Corpuz: I would say a successful implementation at right way is of course our clients meeting their specified launch date successfully. Um But I think also a really huge part is them just having an overall enjoyable experience throughout the process. So making sure that they have as low stress and as a smooth experience as possible with our implementation managers and really just making sure they're as primed as possible and very satisfied with the product before they even start interacting with our post implementation teams like client success or health guides. Um and any other teams, they're going to work with that right way.
