Tell us about yourself. How long have you been with RW? Where are you located? What is your primary focus at RW? Share anything you'd like!
Nicole Glasco: Hello. I'm Nicole Glasgow. Uh, I'm located in Phoenix, Arizona and I'm responsible for on boarding our PB M clients to the right way platform.
Who is your most challenging client and why?
Nicole Glasco: So far this season. Uh I don't believe I have really any challenging clients just yet. I mean, they could be in the pipeline. Uh But I think it's more of a challenge just navigating, being at a new organization and implementing across the board is typically about the same, but each org does it a different way. Uh So I think that's where my challenges come in, but right now, all of my clients are great. Uh And I don't feel like I have any challenging ones just yet.
Who is your favorite client and why?
Nicole Glasco: I don't really have a favorite client. Uh If I had to pick favorites, I would probably say the Sequoia Book of Business. Uh, they're my favorite clients. Every single one of them I think I have, I don't know, six or seven. I lose count. Uh, but our implementation calls are so laid back and they're so extremely helpful and, uh, they partner really well, they're very responsive. Uh So if I had to say uh favorite, I would say every single sequoia client, our calls are fine. We laugh. Uh It's just a great en environment, positive environment to be in.
