Marsha Ghose: Hi, I'm Marsha and I'm a member of the data team here at right way. And I'm someone who finds motivation when making impactful changes. Therefore, when answering the question, why? Right way. Well, right way has truly been the perfect vessel for just that and more at right way, I found that our mission to disrupt the PB M space is not just a corporate goal but a personal one. It's invigorating to be part of a team that's unafraid to challenge these antiquated giants. All while ensuring the user experience resembles having a doctor in the family, a cultural value of experience. Here is our commitment to valuing each voice being here. I feel like my true authentic empowered self, specifically on my team. Shout out to leaders like David Addison and Sandy because my discussions with them are never just dialogues. They end up being stepping stones to potential and actual innovative solutions. It's been exciting for me to be on one of the leaders of major projects tied to reporting specifically the roll out of our Tableau cloud project for Tyson. This reflects how it right way values such as individual respect, trust and growth, walk hand in hand. And yeah, that's just a glimpse into why right way is the right way for me. And I can see how Jordan's vision of creating a compassionate healthcare company is accurate to what my right way experience has been so far.
