marie givens: Oh, hey, I just finished the call today. Is your first day? Right? Great. Well, I'm Marie, I'm a pharmacy customer service representative with right way, I'll be training you today. So, like I said, I just finished the call and we actually get calls from members providers, pharmacies, um, working with right way, we really try to go the extra mile for our members to make sure they're satisfied. For example, the other day, I had got a call from a member. She was so frustrated, she wasn't sure how to get her prescription and she was so confused. So I reviewed her claims and I was able to figure out that the pharmacy wasn't processing her prescription correctly. So, of course, I offered to call the pharmacy and get it reprocessed and she was so grateful. She actually stated she had been calling around to a few different people and wasn't sure what to do. But there was call calls like these is really what makes it rewarding working with right way. So, are you ready to get started?
