Speaker: Julia Korzeniowski
Provide a brief run through of the status of each of your Nav implementations for 2024. Please indicate whether each is on track.
Julia Korzeniowski: Hi, everyone. Thank you for tuning into my spotlight interview. My name is Julia Korans and I'm a client implementation associate on the NAV side of the house. I'm happy to report that all of our current 11, 2024 groups in implementation are on track. We have a handful of groups that we're just waiting to kick off with. But our team has done an amazing job at front loading which has provided us with the bandwidth to allow ample time for any last minute groups that come through the door. Currently, I'm working on finalizing my last few November launches which include Coster Knin cabinets, 2000 Noel group and Flex era. I'm also supporting our partnerships team with our 11 2024 A on basic and complete groups which are really gaining momentum. For 11, I can confidently say that the groups I mentioned are on track and excited to start their engagement with right life.
What is the biggest challenge you are facing this implementation season?
Julia Korzeniowski: I would say the biggest challenge I'm facing this season is accountability from different brokers and clients. Now Q four is the busy season for a lot of folks and especially with the rush of open enrollment that happens from late October to early December. You really have to stay on top of some of these groups to ensure timelines are being met. As I mentioned earlier, our team worked really hard to front load different work streams such as eligibility and plan document collection, which has given us wiggle room with these groups that may be having a difficult time meeting timelines.
