Tell us about you.
Ion: Hi, my name is Ian. I'm the chief technology officer here at right way. Uh I oversee all of engineering, data and insights and security here. Uh I'm located in New York at right way headquarters. Um And right way, why did I choose right way. Uh I think in the beginning it was really about, you know, strong leadership and in a good mission. Um But the thing I love about it most recently is is the David and Goliath Story. It's, uh we're going after a really hard problem and going after some really large entrenched interests in the industry. Uh And I'm motivated every day to, to fight and win this battle.
Have there been any key learnings or valuable insights from the ongoing implementation season thus far?
Ion: I think the most valuable insights around implementation is taking our learnings from last year and applying them to this year. Um This year was the first time I think we did a really in depth retrospective and collected all of our learnings and it's really um powerful to see us applying all these learnings uh heading into next year.
Do you have any asks for the broader org?
Ion: Um, I would just encourage everyone to stay vigilant, um, stay calm when things go amiss and try to have some fun. I think it'll be stressful and, and, uh, there'll be a lot of things going on. A lot of uncertainty but, uh, this is what we do and, um, I'm really excited for it and I think everyone else should be too.
