What does 1/1/24 mean to you?
Erica Bernstein: Hey, right way. It's Erica. I am the pod lead for the pharmacy NAV team for uh Tyson. So what does 11 24 mean to me, it means getting a stress induced cold sore. The week that Tyson announces to its team members that right away is the PB M. Actually, uh January feels like a mile 23 in a marathon. Our team has been starting to work on interviewing, hiring, getting people trained up for the main event. So, so much has already been going into uh ensuring that we're providing the best possible care for our members. And January will just be the month that we get to show off to all of our members, what we've been working on, show them that we're on their side to show them that we're the pharmacy and their family and we want to make their lives easier in this crazy world of health care. Um We all know it's so difficult for people in general to understand how to navigate through health care. And we're really just trying to make January and the months coming up after that as easy as possible for them. Also, I really vote for sub.
