David Coe: Hi, everyone. My name is David Co, I'm Vice President of Data and Insights here at Rightway, which includes data engineering reporting and analytics and Business Intelligence. I live in Flagstaff in Northern Arizona, which is near to the Grand Canyon. First question is why? Right way. Well, I joined right way a bit more than a year ago because I know we have an incredibly unique opportunity to make a real change in health care. I've been working in healthcare data and analytics and population health for many years and I believe that right way can help our clients and members improve cost quality outcomes and the experience of using healthcare. We know healthcare in our country is hard to navigate. It can create a real burden for families and individuals. What are data feed integrations and why they are important for our 1/1/24 launches?
David Coe: What are data feeds? Well, data feeds feed almost everything we do. Whether we're bringing in new data from our clients and our partners in the form of historical claims experience, files, eligibility, accumulator data and authorization data, or if we're sending out new data that helps our clients understand our value. Our data engine and analytic teams work every day to make data flow smoothly across all of our systems. Doing this assures that we are ready to assist our members on day one. So we can know their current benefit, understand their historical spend and utilization and prescriptions and even to anticipate and predict future utilization and needs.
How is the progress and performance of our data feeds integrations going?
David Coe: So how are we progressing towards 11 when it comes to data feeds and integrations? Well, we've recently hired a lot of new staff and data engineering who are working across all of our operational teams to assure that new client implementation and data integration are being completed on time. This means that every member will be ready to use our platform on day one and that all we can do to support them with the right information at the right time in the right way has been completed, the data team. Well, they're some of the unsung heroes of our 11 implementations, their work guarantees a successful, comprehensive and positive experience for both clients and members. Because what we know is that the data that we need to provide these services is completed and done on time.
