Speaker: Christopher Ortiz, Client Implementation Manager
Tell us about yourself. How long have you been with RW? Where are you located? What is your primary focus at RW? Share anything you'd like!
Christopher Ortiz: Hey, everyone. My name is Christopher Ortiz and I am a navigation client implementation manager here at Bright Way. I'm happy to share that. I've been here for a little over 18 months and my primary focus at right way is to implement all of the new groups that come through the door. And that entails working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the most successful onboarding experience. A little bit about me. I'm based out of San Diego, California. I live here with my wife, Larissa, my three year old son, Leo, my six month old daughter Lily and our nine year old Kitty Benson named after Lieutenant Olivia Benson from SVU.
Who is your most challenging client and why?
Christopher Ortiz: I would say the most challenging client at the moment is Bour Mercy Health. And they're challenging in the fact that there's just so many work streams and a lot of stakeholders to work with some of those work streams are also extremely challenging. For example, we are in the middle of scoping out one of the most complex custom networks that we've ever built for a right way client. We will also be augmenting or supporting their member services on a day to day basis. So there's been a lot of calls, a lot of discovery to figure out what's the, how to, how to create the best member experience for boord members.
Who is your favorite client and why?
Christopher Ortiz: Who is my favorite client? That's a good question. I, I don't think I have a favorite client. You know, clients are with me for just, just a short period of time. However, I've had some really great experiences and moments with clients, for example, the M MA team, they were extremely cordial, they were really funny and so it made implementation fun. Uh the inside global team, they were extremely efficient. They were always on time and it's as if they had gone through our implementation process before. So clients like that, that are friendly, fun engaging. Those are my favorite clients.
