Anna Graffagnino: Hi. Right way. Energy contact center supervisor. I want to explain why I decided to choose right way. It's because we pride ourselves on being a compassionate caring and empathetic organization that always puts the needs of our members. First, we value feedback from our employees, clients and members and together we work tirelessly every day to positively impact our patients' lives. Our goal is to provide our members with a personalized care and support. We are not focused on the dollars it makes or the time it takes to get them off the phone, we are focused on what matters most advocating for our members standing up and being there for them, supporting them, ensuring them that we will take care of whatever issue they send our way. Our teams come in with a smile on their face every day and as a reflection, they provide the best customer service in the industry. Our applicants are eager to join. After seeing the culture that we strive to have here. The feedback we often hear is wow, you all strive to have that patient connection. Something we don't get anymore.
