Anna Graffagnino: Hi. Right way, Anna Grain contact center supervisor, wanted to let you know some of the contributions I'm helping to make is to be successful here. At right way, I am helping with hiring into the contact center specifically for our new line of business and our current lines of business, skilling up our new hires and talent is important to us to ensure that we have the best of the best customer service experience that any client, customer pharmacy will have in the industry. What does that mean to us? That means that we are working hard to build that confidence, to work, to streamline processes, to make sure that our team has the resources that they need. We value their feedback and we're boosting morale. We're doing any little thing that we can, we have trivia time. Uh Why is that important to us? Because if our agents are happy, they're gonna answer the phone with a smile on their face. They therefore, it will streamline the effect they will, our customers will be happy, they'll wanna be engaged and they'll want to call us and they're going to give us the best marketing that we can buy
