What does 1/1/24 mean to you?
Alexa Roeper: Hey, right way, I'm Alexa from the product team. Um And 11 to me is really about three things. One is about client onboarding and specifically calling out what an incredible job our onboarding team does and making sure that our client's first experience with right away is a really positive one, two is the better health guides um who do an incredible job every single day of the year, obviously, not just on 11 but have a really big challenge. Um and come to work with a lot of enthusiasm for all of the new members that they have um on, on 11 and every day after that, lastly, the thing that to me is the most inspiring about 11. and really means the most to me is the way that the entire company comes together to solve problems. Um And to overcome our challenges. I've seen so much unity this year. I mean, I saw it last year as well, but this year has just been really inspiring with the way we've all been able to come together across the product team regardless of whether it's NAV PB M um member, whatever vertical we're from um just that level of collaboration has been so inspiring.
