Come with me for a day in the life of a client success manager. Starting off strong. You got this. We've had a busy week so far, but that's ok. We're gearing up for 11, a big focus right now are quarterly business reviews where we're looking at client utilization and strategizing ways to increase activation and engagement so we can meet company goals. Speaking of company goals, renewals are also top of mind. We want to keep client churn low and continue our strong partnerships. Those partnerships are help being built during client meetings. But when we're not in client meetings, we are checking items off of our to do list, but none of this can be done without our cross functional collaboration. This can be done with marketing, product data and insights and navigation. All of this is so we can enhance the way we deliver services and then we get to do it all again tomorrow.
