A day in the life for the right way, Health Guide. I typically like to start my morning with some movement and some sort of caffeine. I would then log on for the day and check out the work I have. Uh sometimes I'll need to rely on my stress ball. Anything can happen. So I'm always ready. Um Then I would take my 15 or 30 minute break. I try to go outside this particular day. I went out to get the mail and all the birds thought that I had food. So they all began to crowd around me and to be mindful that they didn't jump on me, that I was going to feed them and then resume my breaks uh with my meetings and then back to work again, helping out our members get the care that they need. Um This week we're working on new launches. So I've been doing a lot of reading in order to prepare to assist those members. Um After that, I will have another break. Currently, I'm reading George RR Martin. Um work continues once again and then it's a mandatory stretch break and soon enough, it's fine
