Sandy Kilzer: My name is Sandy and I have been a health guide in the Denver office for one year. I am on the Bon Secours Mercy Health Team and we handled a tsunami of calls um assisting a multitude of members in various life situations, feel comfortable and confident, moving forward in their 2024 open enrollment elections. Two of the more notable interactions for me were it's having the privilege of assisting two key stakeholders in the BS MH organization. One of them gave me a shout out in their daily meeting and the second actually sent an email directly to my manager Kevin expressing appreciation. We went over a lot of information in both calls, discussing benefits when retirement is on the horizon, spending accounts incentive discounts, you know, um really put my knowledge to the test, but I, you know, I was very excited to have received that kind of recognition during that time. I value input and feedback from all members. Um But this was, you know, pretty special and I felt very honored to have been able to assist them. So I am excited to continue helping BS Mh through 2024. And um Yeah.
