Ryan Moshinsky: Hi, I'm Ryan, a health guide here at Rightway who is assisting the BSMH team during open enrollment. During that time, I was on a three hour call with a retired member who felt like they didn't have the packet long enough to make a decision with just that I assisted the member to help find, to help them find which plan would best fit their medical needs for the upcoming year. The member was thankful and relieved to have someone who could help guide them to the elections that best fit their needs. I also received a shout out from one of the hr leads over at BS MH. They said it was one of the best customer service experiences they had ever had. That alone. Brought me great joy because over here at right way, we are a human first company that strives to make each member feel understood and taken care of. Thank you.
