Kyra Sirag: Hi, I'm Kyra and I'm a health guide on the Bons Secours Mercy Health Team. I had the privilege of helping launch Bon Secours Mercy Health last month with their open enrollment during their open enrollment period, we were able to get 44 NPS survey responses and with those 44 survey responses, we had an NPS score of 84 with a member's satisfaction of 98%. Most recently, I had a member call in because she had unexpectedly lost her coverage for the remainder of 2023 and she was concerned about making her selection with the plans going from anthem to UMR for 2024. So after taking some time to discuss her 2023 plan and check the net network status of her providers, we were able to find that all of her specialists are in network for 2024 and she was confidently able to make a selection with her plan. She said it felt like a weight had been lifted off of her shoulders because she was concerned about having to find all new specialists for her chronic condition. I look forward to being able to continue to assist other bons Accor's Mercy Health members in this upcoming 2024 year.
