Christina Hodge: Hi, my name is Christina. I am a senior health guide on the B Seor Mercy Health team. This year, I assisted with BS MH S open enrollment and personally handled almost 500 calls while our team handled over 3000 calls. Members expressed their happiness with and appreciation for our services during these calls. Many shared and not only had they never felt so supported before, but they also were never able to get clear and concise answers to their questions until this year's open enrollment with us. Um I was able to build a rapport with numerous members so much so that they knew me by name. Uh The common consensus amongst my members was that we made insurance easy to understand. They were super excited to learn that they would be able to use our services in 2024.
