Abel Ibarra: Hi, everyone. I'm a, I'm a pharmacy Navigator in the PB M navigation team. Um, I think an unsung hero, uh, for 11 would be our coworker Christie in our same team. She's taken on the responsibility of doing quality assurance for our team while our senior tech is out on maternity leave and she's doing her best to make sure our whole team is consistently going above and beyond with every member interaction. Uh, we greatly appreciate you stepping up to take on these new responsibilities. Thanks Christy.
