Starting my day with a good morning and logging in opening up my calendar to see what the day the week has in store for me joining my first meeting as a training session. So I will work with our new hires to ensure that we're skilling them up and preparing them for a successful career here with right way and for um a successful 11 launch going through our current um documentation for our employee resources, making sure that they are up to date and have the most accurate information for all of our clients and benefit needs reviewing our documents. Uh that our team uses going through triple and double checking, modifying processes, checking our dashboard to make sure that the team uh doesn't need support isn't stuck on a call and we're available to them meetings, interviews. Uh 11 readiness launching coffee lunches doing it all here at right way. Uh It's a great day and love to bring smiles to everyone's face. Have a great day.
