Hey, everybody, Scott Muzi, chief Commercial Officer here at right. I just wanted to talk a little bit about the importance of this year's 11 go live more clients, more members than ever were launching this year. Thanks to a great sales year, we've got really large sophisticated clients like Tyson on the PB M side and is over on the NAVI navigation site that I have very, very significant demands um for us. And so everybody being super focused and working really hard to um uh achieve success for these clients will be critical to um tell the market that right is a an organization that can um on board this type of scale and deliver impressive results. So let's stay focused and um do a great job. We're doing this 115 day campaign to really make sure that we're communicating with the rest of the organization, identifying risks making sure that people have the right resources and tools needed to be successful. And because of so much work that's going on with the number of clients that were on boarding and the number of new individuals that we're bringing into the organization we thought it was really, really important to kind of increase the level of uh project management and communication around it. Number two is wanted to create some fun around us. This is going to be, you know, kind of really important times that we need to stay focused and we wanted to make sure that individuals had the opportunity to participate, create some enjoyment, create some fun and also create some rewards for individuals and for all of that being put together. Um I think we will bring this program together and hopefully, um the organization and all of our team members will find it very insightful and very rewarding. So everybody please make sure that you're checking into the right way. Um go ready uh channel and um we will do our best job to communicate and keep everybody engaged as we think about our 11 launch prep, there's many, many challenges. What do I think the biggest challenge is going to be that's going to be really keeping everybody organized around the priorities that need to happen. And so we're doing that in a way of how we're communicating out um with weekly focus points um and different things happening on a weekly basis with milestones that will be published for each month, October, November and December. And you know, keeping everybody prioritized around um what we need to accomplish will be the biggest change challenge. And that's why we're asking everybody to stay connected with our 11 go live program and everybody to participate and have fun with it. So, come on, folks, let's do a really great job and provide us feedback if we're missing the mark.
