Sandy Robinson: Hi, I'm Sandy Robinson, Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations at Patra.
What can people learn from your session at Revenue Operations Summit San Francisco?
Sandy Robinson: During my session in San Francisco, you can learn all about how to implement a rev tech strategy in your organization. Rev tech is any system that directly or indirectly influences the customer journey at any stage of the life cycle. We'll talk about how to put that together, how to work together and take something away that you can immediately work with your teams on when you get back to the office.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Sandy Robinson: After attending the session, hopefully you'll walk away with some real life ideas based on real life stories of how to approach bringing a rev tech strategy to your organization. The reality is things are messy. Nothing is perfect systems don't always work together. People have to become aligned to be able to work together. But the idea will be to center everything around the customer to focus on a rev tech strategy that helps your company generate revenue more effectively.
