What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Michael Eckhoff: Through my session at the Chief Revenue Officer Summit, I hope to help people understand that performance management isn't really a scary topic. It's something that actually is very helpful, not just for the company, for you as an individual, but most importantly for the employee that you're working with. In many cases, people that are underperforming are just in the wrong job and helping them find the right position or find a path to be successful is the best thing you can do for them in their career.
