Jose Almaraz Resendez: My name is Jose Almaraz. I'm a senior manager in sales operations at LinkedIn.

What can people learn from your session at Revenue Operations Summit San Francisco?

Jose Almaraz Resendez: Running sales operations at a company The size of LinkedIn requires constantly thinking about building processes that can scale across multiple product lines and across multiple regions. I'm going to share my experience, building key sales processes such as financial planning, territory planning and forecasting.

What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?

Jose Almaraz Resendez: Many people attending this session will be running revenue operations at either startups or companies that are operating at a smaller size and the scale of LinkedIn. And they'll be thinking about like what changes are needed in their set up to run revenue operations at a larger scale. So, I'm hoping to share my experience working across different regions and different product lines at LinkedIn that are helpful to anyone trying to take a company from a medium size company to a large complex multinational company. And I'll share my experience on anything from building processes myself, managing complex relationship with stakeholders, and of course, building teams that are set up for success and that can operate across different regions and often silo organizations.
