JD Miller: Hi, I'm JD Miller and I'm the Chief Revenue officer at Kantata.
What can people learn from your session at Chief Revenue Officer Summit San Francisco?
JD Miller: The CRO Summit in San Francisco. I'm gonna be joined by my colleague, Ben Jones, who's partnered with me over the last year to roll out a variety of sales enablement solutions uh to Kantata's 150 or so. sales and marketing folks. Over the last year, we have redefined our go to market playbook. We've published a variety of methodologies and best practices and we've certified each of our sellers on those processes. And so during our session at the CRO summit, we're gonna talk about lessons learned um in rolling out new methodologies and skills to a variety of sellers around the world.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
JD Miller: I can never quite remember the military's expression around when plans meet reality. But as I think about the conversation Ben and I are gonna have around our plans for rolling out new sales methodologies and playbooks to our sellers around the world, we're definitely gonna have a variety of lessons learned about what happens when reality faces those plans. I know that we'll have a lot of very specific on the ground feedback of things that went well and things that didn't go as planned and how we adjusted and reorganized ourselves in order to make sure that we were ultimately successful in deploying new sales processes to our teams.
