Greg Larsen: Hi, my name is Greg Larson. I'm the VP of Revenue Operations at Eltropy.
What can people learn from your session at Revenue Operations Summit San Francisco?
Greg Larsen: I'm excited to be speaking this year at the Revenue Operations Summit in San Francisco about sales velocity and how you can use it as the one ultimate sales metric to track the health of your revenue organization.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Greg Larsen: If I could give one negative wisdom to the attendees, it would be that revenue operations does not have to be as complicated as we make it. And that there are several things that we can do to simplify the process and how we track the success and the health of the revenue organization.
