David Kinard: Hi there, I'm David Kinard, the Chief Revenue Officer at First Choice Health.

What can people learn from your session at Chief Revenue Officer Summit San Francisco?

David Kinard: Perhaps one thing that exceeds all other elements in the marketing or sales or renewal process is customer experience. And so few companies spend any amount of time thinking about the customer journey. The customer road map, the utilization experience from start to the middle of the cycle through the finish of it. This session, this topic is going to give you an advantage because it will help you to think strategically and tactically on how to create an intentional customer journey that removes friction and increases utilization and the value acceptance of your process or your product or your service.

What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?

David Kinard: One of the best definitions of our relationships to brands that I ever heard was we choose brands, not for what they do or offer, but how we feel about ourselves when we consume or participate or engage with that brand. And the same thing goes with the customer experience. How do I feel about myself while I'm engaging with your company's products or services or people? And if we want to create a pathway to increased productivity, increased revenue, increased market share and growth for our companies, we have to start thinking about how we make our customers feel about themselves while they're engaging with us. I think this session is going to uncover that for you.
