Speaker: Ashley Britton, Chief Revenue Officer, Legacy Property Partners
Ashley Britton: Hi, my name is Ashley Britton and I am the Chief Revenue Officer of Legacy Property Partners.
What can people learn from your session at Chief Revenue Officer Summit?
Ashley Britton: I'm so excited to be with you all on this day because I truly believe that this is going to be the catalyst for how our team show up, but not just how our team show up and how we prepare them to show up, but how we show up for them also, you can really expect to hear more in regards to transformational empowerment, empowerment is really just motivation, right? It's how to motivate our teams, how to push them and really encourage them to really show up and their very goals and our goals too. But there's a transformational piece that comes into play, right? Where we see actual transformation, we wanna go from motivation to transformation so that our team show up on a consistent basis and really hit their goals on a consistent basis. So I'm excited to be able to share these principles with you all because I truly believe when applied and applied right And taking the steps, we're gonna see our team show up and we're gonna sit here and throw celebration parties for them all of the time because they took the keys that we gave them and they're not just motivated but they're transformed in the way that they show up in their communication, in their written form, in their verbal form, how they communicate with one another, how they communicate with clients and customers. That's what transformational empowerment is going to do. It's going to transform the way we show up, not just for one another and for the organization, but also for our client and customer. So I'm really excited to be with you all on this day.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Ashley Britton: One nugget that I would leave for all of those who are attending is to have expectations for your teams and yourself. But recognize that a little encouragement along the way may be necessary to continuously empower the people who are on our team. So I really, really believe that it's important and it's super duper key to be able to recognize that encouragement goes a long way. Motivation goes a long way and then we can truly expect to see transformation when we are able to partner with our teams on a day to day basis.
