Sandy Robinson: Hey everyone. I'm Sandy Robinson, Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations at Patra. I am super excited to be speaking in Las Vegas at the Revenue Marketing Summit for RMA.

Sandy Robinson: During my session in Las Vegas, I'm going to be talking about all things alignment which really hits home. I think for everybody, no matter what role you're in across the organization, there are always challenges of getting people aligned on technology on systems, on ways of operating. Even at the flat organizations, there are downstream challenges that cause siloed data siloed problems and ultimately a poor customer experience. So the framework that I'll discuss will really help to teach you how to work together and to take the emotion out of it, to take the anxiety out of it and really focus on the customer, the customer journey. So that way we can really focus on what's most important is the experience and driving revenue for the company and get out of our own way in terms of being operating in silos.
